1. مقدمة

تنطبق هذه الوثيقة على تطبيق شريك ثقة (ويُعرف أيضاً باسم ثقة الشريك / Thiqa Partner)، الذي تشغّله شركة ثقة / Thiqah («نحن»، «لنا») عبر thiqa-co.com وواجهات البرمجة المرتبطة بها.

يوضح هذا المستند معاييرنا المتعلقة بسلامة الأطفال، ورفضنا القاطع لأي استغلال أو اعتداء جنسي على الأطفال (CSAE — Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation)، ومنع مواد الاعتداء الجنسي على الأطفال (CSAM — Child Sexual Abuse Material)، وآلية الإبلاغ والتعامل مع البلاغات.

تطبيق شريك ثقة موجّه لـالشركاء التجاريين (مطاعم ومتاجر ومنشآت) لإدارة الطلبات والمنتجات والعمليات التشغيلية. وهو ليس تطبيق تواصل اجتماعي عام، ولا تطبيق مواعدة، ولا دردشة عشوائية أو مجهولة بين المستخدمين.

2. نطاق السياسة

تغطي هذه المعايير:

لا تحل هذه الصفحة محل سياسة الخصوصية، ولا تغني عن الالتزام بالقوانين المعمول بها في جمهورية العراق وأي اختصاص قضائي ذي صلة.

3. عدم التسامح مطلقاً مع الاستغلال أو الاعتداء الجنسي على الأطفال (CSAE)

نتبنى سياسة عدم تسامح مطلق تجاه Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)، بما في ذلك أي استغلال أو اعتداء جنسي على الأطفال، أو تسهيله، أو الترويج له، أو محاولة ارتكابه عبر خدماتنا.

أي استخدام للتطبيق أو خدماتنا لهذا الغرض محظور تماماً، ويُعدّ انتهاكاً جسيماً قد يؤدي إلى تعليق أو إنهاء الحساب، وحذف المحتوى المخالف عند الاقتضاء، وإحالة الأمر إلى الجهات المختصة وفق القوانين المعمول بها.

4. منع CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material)

يُحظر منعاً باتاً إنشاء أو رفع أو تخزين أو توزيع أو مشاركة أو طلب أي Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — مواد الاعتداء الجنسي على الأطفال — عبر تطبيق شريك ثقة أو قنوات الدعم التابعة لنا.

يشمل ذلك أي صور أو فيديوهات أو نصوص أو روابط أو مرفقات تمثّل أو تصوّر أو تروّج لاعتداء جنسي على طفل، أو تستغل طفلاً جنسياً بأي شكل.

5. منع الاستدراج (Grooming) واستدراج الأطفال للاستغلال الجنسي

يُحظر أي سلوك يهدف إلى استدراج طفل أو الاتصال به بقصد الاستغلال الجنسي (grooming)، أو تسهيل ذلك، أو مشاركة معلومات للتواصل مع قاصر لهذا الغرض عبر خدماتنا.

6. منع أي محتوى أو سلوك يستغل الأطفال أو يعرّضهم للخطر

يُحظر أيضاً، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:

يُفضَّل أن يتضمن البلاغ وصفاً واضحاً، وتاريخ/وقت الواقعة إن أمكن، وأي معرّفات ذات صلة (مثل رقم الطلب أو اسم المنشأة)، دون إعادة إرسال مواد CSAM في البريد ما لم تطلب جهة مختصة ذلك رسمياً وبطريقة آمنة.

8. كيفية التعامل مع البلاغات

عند استلام بلاغ يتعلق بسلامة الأطفال أو CSAE/CSAM عبر قنواتنا الرسمية:

تعتمد متابعتنا على البلاغات والقنوات البشرية القائمة (الدعم والبريد). لا ندّعي في هذه السياسة وجود أنظمة آلية لكشف CSAM أو مسح الصور أو مطابقة hashes أو ذكاء اصطناعي للمراقبة ما لم يتم نشر ذلك لاحقاً بشكل صريح.

9. إزالة المحتوى المخالف واتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة

عند ثبوت أو ترجيح انتهاك جسيم لهذه المعايير، قد نتخذ واحداً أو أكثر من الإجراءات التالية، حسب الاقتضاء:

10. التعاون مع الجهات المختصة

نتعاون مع الجهات المختصة وفق القوانين المعمول بها عند تلقي طلبات رسمية ملزمة، أو عند وجود التزام قانوني بالإبلاغ أو تقديم معلومات تتعلق بسلامة الأطفال أو CSAE/CSAM، وذلك بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون.

11. حماية المستخدمين والقُصّر

تطبيق شريك ثقة موجّه للاستخدام التجاري من قبل منشآت وموظفيها المخوّلين، وليس موجّهاً للأطفال. نتوقع من الشركاء ألا يستخدموا التطبيق بطريقة تُعرّض القُصّر للخطر أو تُشركهم في أنشطة غير ملائمة.

إذا علمنا بجمع أو استخدام بيانات تتعلق بطفل بطريقة مخالفة لهذه المعايير أو للقوانين المعمول بها، سنتخذ إجراءات معقولة لمعالجة الأمر، بما في ذلك حذف البيانات عند الاقتضاء قانوناً وتشغيلياً.

1. Introduction

These standards apply to the شريك ثقة mobile application (also referred to as ثقة الشريك / Thiqa Partner), operated by Thiqah (“ثقة”) (“we”, “us”, “our”) through thiqa-co.com and related APIs.

This document explains our standards regarding child safety, our zero-tolerance approach to CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation), prohibition of CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material), and how reports are submitted and handled.

Thiqa Partner is a business partner application for restaurants, stores, and similar establishments to manage orders, catalogs, and operations. It is not a general social network, dating app, or anonymous/random chat product.

2. Scope

  • Use of the Thiqa Partner app and related services.
  • Content, data, or conduct submitted through the app or our support channels.
  • Communications with Thiqah via in-app support or our official email.

3. Zero tolerance for CSAE

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including any sexual exploitation or abuse of children, facilitation, promotion, or attempts to engage in such conduct through our services.

Any such use is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination, removal of violating content where applicable, and referral to competent authorities as required by applicable law.

4. Prohibition of CSAM

It is strictly prohibited to create, upload, store, distribute, share, or solicit any Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) through the Thiqa Partner app or our support channels.

5. Prohibition of grooming

Any conduct intended to groom a child or contact a child for sexual exploitation, or to facilitate such conduct through our services, is prohibited.

6. Other prohibited child-harmful content or conduct

  • Content that sexualizes or exploits children.
  • Requests for or offers of sexual material involving minors.
  • Misuse of app features (including product media, support messages, or order-related notifications) to distribute content that harms children.
  • Using a partner account for unlawful purposes related to child safety.

Please include a clear description and relevant identifiers when possible. Do not re-send CSAM material by email unless a competent authority formally requires it through an appropriate secure process.

8. How reports are handled

  • We review reports through our support/operations staff.
  • We assess available information and take proportionate action.
  • We may contact the reporter for necessary follow-up details.
  • We retain internal records as needed for operational and legal compliance.

Follow-up relies on reports and our existing human support channels. This policy does not claim automated CSAM detection, photo scanning, hash matching, or AI moderation unless expressly published later.

9. Removal of violating content and enforcement

  • Remove or disable access to violating content where it exists in our systems.
  • Suspend or terminate the partner account or related permissions.
  • Restrict features to prevent recurrence.
  • Retain records needed for investigation or legal compliance.

10. Cooperation with authorities

We cooperate with competent authorities in accordance with applicable law when we receive binding official requests or when we have a legal obligation to report or provide information related to child safety or CSAE/CSAM.

11. Protection of users and minors

Thiqa Partner is intended for commercial use by businesses and their authorized staff, and is not directed to children. Partners must not use the app in ways that endanger minors.
